Welcome to Voro Gold LLC. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Custom Jewelry Only

We are not wholesalers — we are direct custom gold manufacturers. Every piece is made to order and crafted specifically for each customer. We do not sell gold bars, gold ingots, or bullion.

2. Made-to-Order Production

Each piece is created based on your selected design and specifications. Once production begins, the order is considered in process and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed before production begins, and full payment is required before your order enters production.

4. Shipping

We ship all orders through Free Insured DHL Express. Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier handling, and customs processing. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are fully responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, customs broker fees, and related charges. Voro Gold LLC is not responsible for customs delays, clearance issues, or import charges of any kind.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control. For international shipments, import duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination and shipment classification.

6. Authentication

All pieces include an authentication code for identification and traceability. The code is part of our quality control and may be used to verify the item in the event of a dispute, return, or chargeback review.

7. Returns

We offer free return shipping on approved returns. Because our products are solid gold custom pieces, any returned item must be the exact same piece originally shipped, in the same size and weight, with nothing missing and no signs of wear, alteration, resizing, polishing, or damage. Returned items must include all original packaging, documentation, and authentication materials.

8. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and verified. The item must match the original order details, including authentication code, condition, size, and weight. If the item does not match, the return may be denied or subject to partial refund where permitted by law.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may provide proof of purchase, shipping, delivery, authentication, and inspection records. We reserve the right to pause processing future orders while a dispute is under review.

10. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before submitting payment, including design, size, shipping address, and contact information.

11. Limitations

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by customs, incorrect shipping information, carrier issues, force majeure, or circumstances outside our control.
